BLACK Mack Bunyan Black, age 77, passed away on Thursday, March 20, at 2 p.m., at the home of his son at Fidelle. Mr. Black was a well known farmer. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Wilson Black; three sons, George, of Fidelle; Ernest of Oakman, and Carl of Sugar Valley; four daughters, Mrs. Fannie Pullum, of Cleveland, Tenn.; Mrs. Bessie Lee Gray and Mrs. Mary Lou Wade, of Cartersville, and Mrs. Dymple Mealor, of Calhoun; six brothers, Chock Black, of Calhoun, Bill, Colquitt and Clark, of Oakman; Tom, of Dalton, and Norman, of Cleveland, Tenn.; one sister, Mrs. Julia Davies. The following nephews of Mr. Black were pallbearers: Connie, Marvin, Otto and Ray Black, of Oakman; Claud Gray and W. C. Pullum. Funeral services were held on Friday at 3:30, with rev. Walt Ballew officiating, at White Graves Church, near Oakman. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery. Jack Fain quartette was in charge of music. Thomas Funeral Home in charge.
