County News, Gordon County Georgia - 26 Oct 1950
Funeral services for Thomas G. Cronan, age 71, were held from the Pleasant Hill 
Baptist Church Wednesday, 25 October, at 11 a.m.  Interment was in the 
adjoining cemetery.
Mr. Cronan is survived by his wife, the former Miss Dessie Smith, two sons, 
Millard and frank Cronon, both of Ranger; four daughters, Mrs. Henry Pack, Mrs. 
Ola Hardy and Betty Ray Cronan all of Ranger, and Mrs. Mae Brooks, of 
Summerville; five step-sons, Arthur Scroggs, Athens, TN; Dock Stover of 
Beaumont, TX; Donald, Vernon and Kenner Smith, all of Ranger; one brother, Bill 
Cronan of Athens, TN; Thirty-four grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Thomas Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
