Calhoun Times......14 Feb. 1918
Mr. Sam Wright, age 70 years and 8 months died at his home a few miles east of
town on January 21st.  Mr. Wright was borned May 22, 1847, on his fathers
plantation 41/2 miles east of Calhoun.  He died and was buried in the family
cemetary in the same place.  
He is survived by three sons Julian G. Wright, of Pasadena, California, James A.
Wright, Tucson, Arizona, and Roy.

Additional Comments:
I believe this plantation was located on present day Wrights Hollow Road.  
Samuel married to Frances Cornelia Griffith of Rome, Floyd County Georgia.
