D. Cochran Dies Wednesday in Local Hospital Funeral services for A. D. Cochran, 84, will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Ryo Baptist Church with the Rev. C. L. Goss officiating. Burial will be in Ryo Cemetery. Mr. Cochran died in the Gordon County Hospital Wednesday at 11:45 p.m. Born and reared in Gordon County, he had spent his entire life here. He was a retired farmer and attended the Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, three sons, Byron Cochran of Calhoun, Hoyt Cochran of Ranger and John Cochran of Fairmount; one grandson, Kerry Cochran; three brothers, Monroe Cochran of Oklahoma, Hurley Cochran of Modesta, Calif. and Everett Cochran of Ranger; two sisters, Miss Eva Cochran of Ranger and Mrs. Cicero McCleod of Summerville and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Hubert Taylor, J. D. Cochran, Glenn Scoggins, Clarence Cochran, Herman Banks and Hubert Cochran. ------------------ March 26, 1959 Card of Thanks We wish to thank the many friends and neighbors for kindness and sympathy shown us during the sickness and death of my husband, A.
