S. Barton, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore by me made. ITEM 1. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and conditions in life. ITEM 2. I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my executrix hereinafter named and appointed. ITEM 3. I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved daughter, Janie Barton, who is now and has been continuing to live with me and care for me, the farm whereon I now reside, being 80 acres off of lot of land No., 272 in the 13th, District and Third Section of said State and County, being the South half of said lot, in fee simple title. ITEM 4. I give, bequeath and devise to each of my five children hereinafter named the sum of $5.00 each, said children being Sarah Barton Greeson, Sterling Barton, Haynes Barton, Katie Barton Greeson, Fannie Barton Sloan, said sum to be paid to them by my executrix hereinafter named. ITEM 5. To my siad daughter, Janie Barton, I give, bequeath and devise all of my personal property of every kind and character, including stock, money and any and all other property that I now have, or may have at the time of my death, subject only to the bequest mentioned in paragraph 4 of this will. ITEM 6. I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, Janie Barton, executrix of this my last will and testament, and I expressly confer on her as such power to administer my estate, excusing her from giving any bond, having any appraisement, or making any inventory, or any return to the Court of Ordinary, or any other Court. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the 17th, day of May, 1923. his W. S. x Barton, mark. Signed, sealed, declared and published by W. S. Barton as his last will and testament in the presence of us, the undersigned, who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator and at his instance and request, and in the presence of each other. Barnett named as a witness to the within writing, purporting to be W. S. Barton's last will, and being duly sworn, saith that he with A. E. Brogdon and J. H. Paschall at the request of W. S. Barton and in his presence and in presence of each other, did attest as witnesses the within writing as W. S. Barton's Will; that the same was signed and published by W. S. Barton in their presence as his last Will; that he was at the time of said attestation and signing by him of sound and disposing mind and memory; that he executed the within paper voluntarily. W. R.
