Myrtice L. Whitfield

Services for Myrtice L. Whitfield, 90, Cairo, are at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 2,
2002 at Pine Level Baptist Church in Cairo with Rev. A.C. Gilliard and Rev.
Roger Brinkley officiating. Interment is at Pine Level Cemetery. Active
pallbearers are grandsons. Mrs. Whitfield died Saturday in Cairo. She was
born Nov. 1, 1912 in Grady County.

Mrs. Whitfield was a homemaker and member of Pine Level Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughter Joyce; daughter Wanda; sisters Eleanor &
Virginia; grandchildren Sandra and Lee; Everett and Chris; Pearce, Michael
and Crissy;and Shane; great-grandchildren Nicole and Robbie, Billy and
Jade;Colin;Blake; Christopher; and great-grandchildren Dean; Tye; and
Kelian.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Buddy Whitfield.

Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today at Clark Funeral Home. -- Clark Funeral
