Dies After A Long Illness Mr. Orren Moore, 70, a beloved citizen of Grady County, passed away at 8 o'clock last Tuesday night at his home four miles south of Whigham. He had suffered from Bright's disease for several years, but was confined only about two weeks before the end came. He was born in what was then Decatur, now Grady County, March 15th, 1867, and lived his entire life in the vicinity of where he died. He was one of the county's highly-esteemed citizens, upright and honorable. He was of the Primitive Baptist faith and was a Woodman of the World. Funeral and interment were at the Butler Cemetery, southwest of Cairo, at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, in charge of Elder Tom Crawford, of Reno, and the South Georgia Funeral Home. Surviving are his widow; six sons, Emory, Ivan, Louis, Lester, Marvin, and Eugene; and three daughters, Mrs. Henry Johnson, Mrs. Clarence Boyette, and Mrs. Leo Harrison.
