Mr. W. L. Fambrough Passes Away
Mr. W. L. Fambrough, one of Cairo's oldest and most respected citizens, passed 
away last Tuesday morning. He had been in feeble health for some time, but had 
improved and it was thought he was out of danger until several days ago when he 
grew worse.  Mr. Fambrough was 76 years of age.

The funeral took place Wednesday afternoon from the Methodist church, Rev. W. 
L. Wright, his pastor, performing the last sad rites.

The Messenger extends condolence to the wife in her sad hours of bereavement.
