A. Maxwell of Calvary, died at a hospital in Macon, Ga., last Saturday morning. He was attending a business college in that city and had been sick for about two weeks with pneumonia, but his condition did not become alarming until two days before his death. His mother was notified and went to him on Friday and was with him when the end came. The body was shipped to Hinson, Fla. and taken from there to the family home at Calvary. The funeral occurred Sunday afternoon at home and was conducted by Rev. N. G. Christopher of the Baptist Church and the interrment followed in the family burying grounds. Mr. Maxwell, the eldest child of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Maxwell, was a bright young man of 21 years of age, whose future was as promising as could be, and whose life had just opened into manhood with every seeming prospect before him for a large and useful career, he is cut off in young manhood, yet the hand of the mighty one works in a mysterious way. He is survived by his parents and two sisters. The family have the sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow.
