Wimberly by the people of Cairo and Grady County more especially Mrs. H. J. Poulk and Mrs. Oscar Ragan for their help and kindness shown to the dear children that have lost their mother and their best friend on this earth and may each and every one to meet her in that better world for I feel like she has done her part here on this earth and is now resting in the arms of Jesus. There are nine surviving children and four brothers and one sister to mourn her death. Her children's names are Gordon L. Wimberly of Richmond, Va., Leon G. Wimberly, Olin Wimberly, Van O. Wimberly and Charles W. Wimberly, Mrs. W. W. Griffin of North Grady, Misses Pearl and Ruby twins, are living with their brother in Richmond, Va., the baby child, Erie Elvira is living with Mr. E. A. Wimberly, Bainbridge, Ga. I feel sure that the bereaved children will rejoice when their father is able and returns home. What a great consolation it will be to them and their friends when he can be with them again.-- Mrs. M. L.
