Mrs. Knight had been in declining health for some time, but her death was due to a severe illness that lasted only for the past few days. She was 64 years of age and was a consistent member of the Methodist. Mrs. Knight is survived by ten children, all of whom live in this section and several in this county. She is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. L. M. Hawthorn and Mrs. Linton of Cairo and Mrs. Moss of Grady county. Also two brothers, Messrs. Joe and George Stallings of this county. The funeral services were held Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock at Bold Springs church and were conducted by her friend and pastor, Rev. Jesse Hurst.
