J. Poulk, two and a half miles north of town. For several months she has been in declining health, but only about a week ago did her condition become so critical. Since that time she gradually grew worse until the end came. She was 61 years of age and is survived by three brothers, Messrs. J. L., H. J., and M. M. Poulk and one sister, Mrs. Kate Johnson, all of this city, besides a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives. The funeral, which was held Sunday morning at the family burial grounds near the old home, the birth place of the deceased, was attended by a large concourse of sympathizing friends.
