T. Ham of Pine Park died last Sunday morning at the home of his parents in Statenville after an illness of more than 18 months with Bright's disease. The funeral took place Monday morning from the family residence and interment followed at the Statenville cemetery. The deceased was a member of M. E. church. Mr. Ham is survived by his parents, one sister and four brothers, one of the brothers, Mr. W. C. Ham is a citizen of Grady county, living three miles east of town. Mr. Ham has been engaged extensively in the Naval stores business in south Georgia and Florida, being associated with his brother. For several years he has lived in this county, first near town and later moved to Pine Park, where they owned another still. During his stay here Mr. Ham made many warm friends who will hear with regret of his demise. The bereaved family have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community in their sorrow.
