G. Kincaid Passes Away Thursday Morning The many friends of Dr. J. G. Kincaid of Pine Park will learn with regret of his death, which occurred at 12:20 o'clock Thursday morning at his home. The deceased was born in Arkansas in 1870 and moved to North Georgia when still young. He was given a diploma in 1904 by the Georgia College of Eclectic Medicine and Surgery and took up the practice in Morganton, Ga., where he remained for two years after which he moved to Pine Park, where he has since lived and where he has had a large and successful practice. He has made many friends since coming to south Georgia and was popular with the medical fraternity in Grady county. He has served as mayor of Pine Park for two terms and was at present one of the town's aldermen. He was member of the Pine Park Baptist church, was also a member of the W.O.W., the Royal Arch Masons, Odd Fellows and K. of P., his membership being with the Cairo Lodges. His death was caused from paralysis from which he suffered for several weeks. The funeral services were held at the family residence at 11:00 o'clock Thursday morning, being conducted by his pastor, Rev. J. T. B. Anderson of Meigs and Rev. A. T. Hart of Pine Park. The body was taken on the afternoon train to Holly Springs, Ga., where interment will take place at nine o'clock Friday morning. The remains were accompanied by members of the family with Messrs. T. M. Red, E. L. Alderman and C. S. Barwick. Dr. Kincaid is survived by his wife, two sons, Ben J. and O. W., one brother, O. F. Kincaid of Atlanta, two sisters, Mrs. C. W. Miller and Mrs. D. E.
