A Good Lady Passes To The Great Beyond
Mrs. Tom McKeown, passed away at her home in the north part of the county 
Wednesday morning at 2:20 after an illness of three months or more.  The direct 
cause of her death was due to a complication of diseases.  The funeral services 
were held Wednesday afternoon at four o'clock at Macedonia church, being 
conducted by Rev. Leake of Pelham.  The remains were laid to rest in the 
Macedonia cemetery.  Mrs. McKeown was a consistent member of the Baptist church 
and was about 35 years of age.  She is survived by her husband, four children, 
four brothers and two sisters.  The Messenger extends condolence to the 
bereaved ones in their hour of sadness.
