O. W. Resolutions On The Death Of D. C. Whigham Whereas, it has pleased Almighty God in His infinite wisdom, to take from our midst our beloved brother, Sov. D. C. Whigham, and, Whereas, in life, he was a true and upright Woodman of the World, a consistent member of the Baptist church, a faithful preacher of the Gospel of the Son of God, a law-abiding citizen, true to his friends and charitable to his enemies, even from boyhood held to the principles of righteousness and truth, always giving an exemplary life before his fellow men, and, Whereas, we as a lodge, will miss his presence and kindly greetings, therefore, be it Resolved, by Lime Sink Camp. No. 853, Woodmen of the World, in Lodge assembled, that in the death of Bro. D. C. Whigham our lodge has lost one of its most zealous craftsman, his church one of its most loyal and devoted members, his community one of their best citizens. Be it further resolved, that a copy of these resolutions be placed on our lodge record, with a copy of them attached therein, a copy of them be furnished his family under the seal of the Lodge, and a copy sent to the County papers for publication.
