She had been suffering from the pangs of pneumonia nine days previous to her death. The funeral services were held at 11:00 o'clock Sunday morning in Long Branch church, Rev. J. P. Swann of the Missionary Baptist church, had charge of the service. Interment followed in the Long Branch cemetery. Miss Reynolds was the only child of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Reynolds, he being superintendent of the county home. She was nearing her sixteenth birthday. She was a member of the Baptist church. She was gentle and kind in her disposition; loved ones might wonder why such a life was cut so short, buy may God, as He understands this mystery, comfort their hearts until they are all reunited in His upper world.
