The Cairo Messenger, Friday, February 7, 1919
Mr. W. B. Sandlin died at his home in Jacksonville, Fla. about ten o'clock last 
Sunday morning after a brief illness from influenza.

Mr. Sandlin was fifty years of age.  He leaves besides his widow, his mother, 
sister, Mrs. W. H. Clark and brother, Mr. Walton Sandlin, of Cairo to survive 
him.

The funeral and interment took place in Jacksonville, Monday afternoon.
