A Memorial

The death angel entered the home of Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Jones on April 21st and 
took from them one of whom hat said, "Such is the Kingdom of Heaven."  On last 
Monday little Pency Jones passed away and God took her to His home in Heaven 
where all is beautiful, a tender clinging vine interwoven in sweet memories.

From the hour of her entrance into this life, she was a gentle spirit of life 
that flitted in and out like a gleam of sunshine.

Dear little Pency was sick only a few days.  She was tenderly nursed but 
medical skill and loving hands could not stay the hand of death.  Her cheerful 
happy voice is missed and there is no one to fill the vacant place.

But, that she is gone, we can say that she is gone to be an angel in Heaven.  
The parting is sad, but the re-union in Heaven will be sweeter Because of the 
sadness now, we will be able to see her bright face some glad sweet day.  Her 
troubles are o'er but she will sing God's happy praises on Canaan's shore.

Interment was in Magnolia Church cemetery.
