Was Killed By Fall From Pole
Darien, Ga., March 14, 1907. Cairo Messenger, Cairo, Grady County, Ga.
I wish you would kindly publish this at once: Dan Green who is a native of 
Grady county, and whose home is 8 miles north of Cairo, Ga. He left his home 
Sept. 15, 1906, on account of trouble.  I wish this published, that his mother 
may know that he was killed Monday, March 11, 1907, by falling from a telegraph 
pole.  He was buried from Sand Hill church in Telfair county, Ga.  I was 
working with him when he got killed.  His last words were: "I want to see 
mother."
I wish this published so that his mother and relatives might know.
