"Newsy Notes From Whigham"
On Wednesday of last week, Mr. W. B. Hawthorn died at his home after a weeks 
illness with heart disease.  By his death Grady county has lost one of its 
model citizens, one of its best farmers and practical business men.  He leaves 
a wife, seven children and several grandchildren to mourn the loss of husband 
and father.  The remains were interred with Masonic honors at the family 
cemetery the following Thursday.  We, with many friends extend our heartfelt 
sympathy to the bereaved ones.
