Mrs. J. K. Thomas Passes Away
Mrs. J. K. Thomas, age 82, died at the home of her niece, Mrs. S. H. Scroggins, 
on the 1st of December, after a short attack of lagrippe.  Mrs. Thomas was a 
good woman, having lived the life of a consecrated Christian.  She had been a 
consistent member of the M. E. church from childhood.

She was interred at Bold Spring cemetery, the funeral services being conducted 
by Rev. G. H. Akridge.

The undersigned wish to extend their thanks to their friends and neighbors for 
kindnesses shown them and their aged aunt, Mrs. J. K. Thomas, during her recent 
illness and death.
