J. Poulk and grand-child of Mr. Counsel Sapp was interred in the new cemetery, on Wednesday afternoon of this week. The funeral services were held at the family residence and were conducted by Dr. R. H. Harris assisted by Rev. N. E. Pafford. The mother of the little one died about five months ago, surviving the birth of her infant only two weeks; and since her death, the baby has been the object of the tenderest care and most loving solicitude on the part of Mrs. Sapp, who is heart broken over her loss. But she, as well as the stricken father and grandfather, may be sustained by the assurance that "it is well with the child."
