Death of Little Sallie Claire Dunn
The death angel invaded the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Dunn on Saturday 
afternoon and took little Sallie Claire, their bright little six year old 
daughter.

The child was only sick for a few hours; and little did the parents think it 
was her last illness.  The father quickly summoned a doctor when her condition 
became alarming, and all was done for the little sufferer that loving hands and 
medical skill could do, but she succumbed to her suffering and death came about 
5 o'clock.

The funeral services were conducted at the cemetery at 3:30 Sunday afternoon, 
by Dr. R. H. Harris, pastor of the Baptist Church.

The Messenger joins the many sympathizing friends of Capt. Dunn and family in 
their loss and extend to them the tenderest sympathies.
