A Good Woman Laid To Rest
Again are we called on to chronicle the death of another good woman, Mrs. 
Walton Walker, mother of our esteemed fellow citizen, Dr. W. A. Walker, who 
died in Milledgeville, Ga. last week.  The remains arrived in Cairo last 
Saturday and interred in the cemetery in Cairo.  Thus has another aged 
Christian lady passed from earth to a happy resting place in the great beyond.  
Though gone and mourned for, we know she is now happy and rejoicing after a 
long, useful and Christian life.  The Messenger extends sympathy to the 
bereaved ones in their hour of affliction, but know it is well with "mother."
