A. Vanlandingham, after a sickness of two weeks, died at her home in Cairo at 5:00 o'clock p.m. last Saturday. Mrs. Vanlandingham was only 37 years of age and died in the prime of womanhood. She is survived by seven brothers, her husband and four children. She was a member of the Long Branch Church where she joined when she was a girl of sixteen. Mrs. Vanlandingham was buried at the cemetery in Cairo, Sunday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, Rev. Walter Jones assisted by Rev. W. E. Towson officiating at the funeral. She will be missed by a large circle of friends and her untimely going away leaves her family and friends heartbroken.
