Baptized in the fellowship of Evergreen Baptist church at the early age of eighteen. She was married to Bro. J. T. Dollar, July 28th, 1887. She removed from Evergreen to Pine Level church in 1902 of which she remained a consistent member until her departure, which was Oct. 31, 1911. Sister Dollar leaves a husband and seven children, an aged mother and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her departure. Now, dear husband, children, mother, brother, sister and friends, weep not for her for it was God's will to call her thus. Resolved 1st. That Pine Level church bow in humble submission to the Supreme Ruler for having given us such a citizen and sister. 2nd. That we bow in submission to the God above and pray Him that our sadness may be turned into joy when our journey shall be near its end, when the light of life is fading and the shadow of eternity is creeping upon us, until the glories of the celestial city burn upon immortal vision, until we clasp hands once more with our translated sister, let us cast around her faults, what ever they have been, the broad mantle of Christian love. We withhold from her memory the commendations that her virtue claims at our hand. Let each of us therefore embrace the present moment while time and opportunity permits. Prepare for that great change we know must come. 3rd. That we pray to the God of Heaven and of earth, when it shall please Him to summons us into his eternal presence, that our lives may bear such inspection that it may be given to each to eat of the hidden manna and to receive the white robe with a new name that will insure personal happiness at his right hand. 4th. That these resolutions be spread on our church record and a copy be sent to our county papers with a request of its publication. 5th. That a copy be sent to the bereaved family, assuring them that they have our best and sincerest sympathy and prayers in this most trying ordeal. By order of the committee, A. L. Wamble J. W. Rich S.
