The Cairo Messenger, Friday, November 1, 1912
Thomasville Times-Enterprise:
Mrs. Margaret Baggett died last Friday night about seven o'clock at her 
residence on Hansell Street, after an illness of several weeks.  With her 
husband she has been living in the city for several years, having moved here 
from Cairo.  Mrs. Baggett was seventy-five years of age and leaves a husband 
and three sons, Messrs. Tom and Jesse Baggett, of this city, Wm. Baggett, of 
Cairo and two daughters, Mrs. A. L. Richmond of Tampa and Miss Regina Baggett 
of Thomasville.

The body was taken this morning to Cairo, where the funeral occurred Saturday 
afternoon near town.  The death of this good woman will cause sorrow to her 
many friends throughout this section.
