She was a loving and obedient daughter to her parents; she was loved by all who knew her. She obeyed the command of God by uniting herself with Pine Level Church and giving her life to Christ in July, 1919. She made a true and faithful member; she was true to her God and her church, and we, as a church, regret to give her up, but resolve to be submissive to God's will and feel that she has gone to rest. She is basking in the sunshine of Glory and waiting and watching to welcome us all home. We would that every member of Pine Level Church resolve to make as true and faithful Christian as Sister Ebbie. We therefore resolve: First, that in the death of Sister Norton our church has lost one of its most faithful and promising members. Second, That we extend to the bereaved family our sincere and heartfelt sympathy, and point them to the God our beloved sister served for guidance and comfort in these, their darkest hours. May they all be reunited in Glory. Third, That a copy of these resolutions be furnished to the bereaved family and also a copy be sent to the county paper for publication. Committee, W. A. Shiver J.
