Paige Died Near Akridge Tuesday Rev. M. Paige died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. A. Meadows, near Akridge Tuesday morning, May 25th, about six o'clock. He was about 84 years old, and has been a preacher in the Missionary Baptist Church since his youth. He was reared in Stewart County, but has been a resident of Grady County for the past three years. The funeral and burial services were held at Pine Forest Wednesday morning. Rev. Sellars officiated. He leaves four sons and two daughters to survive him. They are: William and Wade Page of Columbus; Charlie Page of Union; Jim Page of Grady County; Mrs. Bailey of Dawson, and Mrs. J. A. Meadows of Grady County.
