M. Prince died at her home about eight miles north of town Wednesday morning at 3:57 o'clock, after an illness of only two days. She was about 22 years of age. Before her marriage, about four years ago, she was Miss Wilma Swann, daughter of Rev. and Mrs. J. P. Swann. In her childhood, she joined the Pine Level Baptist Church and remained a consistent member up to her death. She was cheerful and happy in all occasions and she only saw the beautiful and attractive side of life. Funeral ceremonies were held at Pleasant Grove about 4:00 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Martin Taylor, her pastor, officiated. Besides her husband, Arthur M. Prince, and an infant baby daughter, she leaves a father and mother, Rev. and Mrs. J. P. Swann, three sisters: Mrs. L. W. Rigsby of Cairo; Mrs. Mark Howze of Pelham; Mrs. Marshall Hester of Pelham, and one brother, Mr. Paul Swann of Grady County.
