C. Sellers Is Laid To Rest The many friends and acquaintances of Judge A. C. Sellers will regret to learn of his death at his home 14 miles southwest of town on Saturday, September 27th. Judge Sellers was suddenly taken ill with acute indigestion while on a business trip to Faceville, and died shortly after being brought home. The funeral services were held at Mizpah church Sunday following, being conducted by Rev. Hollingsworth. Mr. Sellers was about 60 years of age and was a member of the Primitive Baptist church and he was clerk of his church for a number of years. He had also been Justice of the Peace for a good many years and was well known and liked by our citizens throughout the county. The Messenger extends condolence to the bereaved ones.
