Davison's Will Written: December 2, 1935 GEORGIE, GREEN COUNTY. TO THE COURT OR ORDINARY OF SAID COUNTY, AND TO HON. E. LLOYD LEWIS, ORDINARY OF SAID COUNTY. The petition of Miss Annie Davison and Mrs. L.P. Maxey, both residents of said county and State, show: 1. That Mrs. R.E. Davison, late of said county, died in said county on the 13 day of November, 1935, leaving real and personal property therein, after having made and published her last will and testament in which petitioners are nominated as Executrices thereof. 2. Petitioners herewith present the last will and testament of said deceased, and show that the following named persons are the heirs and all of the heirs of the said testatrix, to-wit: J.E. Davison, Miss Annie Davison, Mrs. L.P. Maxey, Robert McWhorter Davison and Charles Julian Davison, all of Greene County, Georgia; Mrs. Ida D. Rowe of Madison County, Georgia; Henry A. Davison and Mrs. Ellen D. Gilbert, both of Walker County, Georgia; and, Mrs. Sara D. Cook, of Chatham County, Georgia; and that all of said heirs are of legal age with the exception of Robert McWhorter Davison who is twenty (20) years of age, and Charles Julian Davison who is six (6) years of age. 3. Petitioners pray leave to prove said will in solemn form and to that end that the said heirs of the said Mrs. R.E. Davison be cited to appear at the next court of Ordinary of said County to be held on the first Monday in January, 1936, and show cause, if any they have, why said will should not be proven in solemn form and admitted to record as the last will and testament of the said Mrs. R.E. Davison, deceased, and why letters testamentary should not issue to petitioners accordingly to the statute in such cases made and provided. This the 2nd day of December, 1935.
