March 9, 1793, James Powell Edmondson of Greene Co. appoints Hugh Ennis 
of Franklin Co, VA, as lawful attorney to receive 45 pounds due me for 3 
years arrears of my annual pension as an invalid of the United States, 
which came due 4 March 1790.
