Written: 1816

Georgia, Greene County, In pursuance of honorable Court of the Ordinary of the
county aforesaid to us directed bearing date Jan. term 1816. We have proceeded
after being fuly qualified to make a division of the negroes, shown to us as
belonging to the estate of Wm. Perkins dec'd. among the legatees in interest and
it appearing after a due appraisement being made that each is entitled to the
negroes annexed to their respective names, they paying the receiving the several
sums.
 
Alexander Robinson --- Fanny. Lot valued at $705.00. To pay$12.50. $692.50
Ezekiel Perkins --- James & Reby. Lot valued at $650.00. To pay $42.50. $692.50
William Perkins --- John & Winney. Lot valued at $650.00. To pay $42.50. $692.50
Sarah Perkins --- Gene & Martin. Lot valued at $625.00. To pay $67.50. $692.50
Walker Perkins --- Meredith & Joe. Lot valued at $750.00. To pay $57.50. $692.50
Nancy Perkins --- Leah & Phil. Lot valued at $750.00. To pay $57.50. $692.50
 
Total value of negroes was $4,155.00. Given under our hand 13 Jan. 1816
