Coleman at or before the sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted Bargained sold Released and Confirmed and by these presents doth Grant Bargain Sell release and Confirm unto the said Heirs of Coleman their Heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land Containing two hundred Eighty seven and a half acres Situate lying and being in the County of Washington beginning at a Corner Red oak on Oconee river Thence North eighty degrees west fifty three chains 62 links to a corner Post Oak Thence North Ten degrees west fifty three chains 62 Links to a corner pine Thence South eighty degrees west to a Corner Elm on Said River thence down said River as it meanders to the beginning which said Tract or parcel of Land was Granted to John Parker by patent the 23rd September 1784 Together with all & singular the rights members and appertenances thereof whatsoever to the said Tract of Land being belonging or in any wise appertaining and the Remainders Reversions Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof To have and to hold the said Tract of Land & all and Singular the premises & appertenances there unto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Heirs of Dan Coleman their heirs and assigns forever and the Said Henry Allison and their Heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these presents In Witness whereof the said parties have hereunto sett their hands & Seals the day and year first above written J Gorham JP.
