The State of Georgia} Know all men by these presents that I Elijah Bradshaw
   Greene County      } of the State and County aforesaid in consideration of 
the 
sum of one hundred and Eighty two Dollars to me in hand paid by Jonathan 
Kenaday of the state and county aforesaid have granted bargained sold and 
released and by these presents doth grant Bargain sell and release unto the 
said Jonathan Kenaday all that tract of parcel of land containing Thirty acres 
and four Tenths of an acre Beginning at a pine stump and running N 65 Deg 
W 27 Ch 20 Lks to a red oak corner from thence N 70 Deg E 19 chs 50 lks to 
a chestnut corner from thence S 70 Deg E 14 ch 70 lks to a stake corner on 
John Birds line from thence S 10 Deg W 14 ch to the begining corner situate 
in the county aforesaid on the waters of Fishing Creek bounded E by land held 
at this time by John bird to the North Easterwardly by me the said Bradshaw 
To the South West by land held by the above named Jonathan Kenaday it being 
part of a tract of Land granted to James Hines together with all and singular 
the 
rights members Herditaments and appurtenamced to the said Premises belonging 
or in any wise inadent or appertaining to have and to hold all and singular 
the 
premises before mentioned unto the said Jonathan Kenaday his heirs and assigns 
forever and I do bind myself my heirs Executors and administrators to warrant 
and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Jonathan 
Kenaday 
his heirs and assigns against myself and my heirs and against every person or 
persons whatsoever Claiming the same or any part thereof In Witness whereof I 
have hereunto set my hand and seal this 18th Day of March in the year of our 
Lord 
one thousand Eight hundred and Twenty and in the soverity and Independence of 
the United States of America the forty fourth
