Caldwell to Williams

Georgia             }  This Indenture made & entered into this fifth day of 
Greene County  }  February One thousand Eight hundred and thirty three 
between William Caldwell of the County & state aforesaid of the one part 
and Thomas Williams of the same county & state of the other part
	Witnesseth that the said William Caldwell for and in consideration 
of the sum of one hundred and fifteen dollars to him in hand paid by the 
said Thomas Williams hath this day bargained and sold unto the said Thomas 
Williams one certain tract or parcel of Land lying in said County (viz) 
begining 
on Brooks line opposite the crop fence that myself and the said Williams run 
the last year thence to a Pine corner near the creek thence with Robinsons 
line 
to underwoods line thence along underwoods line to Richards line thence to the 
beginning containing Seventy Acres more or less ___ said tract or parcel of 
Land I the said William Caldwell my heirs Exr. Admr. & assigns do forever 
warrant & defend from all right title claim or interest of any person or 
persons whatsoever to him the said Thomas Williams his heirs Executors 
Administrators 
and Assigns as a fee simple right title & claim
	In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal 
this 
fifth day of February Eighteen hundred and thirty three
