                                          Caldwell to Robinson

Georgia          }  Know all men by these presents that I Little Caldwell have 
this day
Greene County}  bargained and sold unto Epaphroditus Robinson a certain Tract 
or parcel of land containing Twentyfive acres for the sum of fifty Dollars to 
me in hand paid by the said Robinson lying in the State and County aforesaid 
on the waters of Beaverdam adjoining lands of Hill (?) Caldwell & Robinson 
Bounds as follows beginning at a Chesnut and running S 83° W 18 chains to a 
rock on the Greenesboro road then N 
27° 30 W along said Road 16 chains to pine on the Beaverdam Creek or Branch 
then up the meanders of Said Water to a pine 9 chain on a Strait line then up 
a small branch on said Robinsons line 8 chains on a strait line then 18 chains 
along said Robinsons line to the beginning.  I do hereby warrant and defend 
the said wright and title of the above names land unto the aforesaid Robinson 
& his heirs forever from all claims whatsoever
Signed Sealed and delivered in presents of this March 13th 1827
