This Indenture Made and entered into this Twenty Fifth of July one Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifteen Between Josiah Watkins of the County Of Greene State of Georgia on the one part and John T. Colquett of the County of Hancock and State of Georgia aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth That the said Josiah Watkins for and Consideration of the sum Of One hundred and Forty Two Dollars in hand paid by the said John T. Colquett At or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof I the Said Josiah Watkins do Hereby acknowledge have granted bargain and Sold release Conveyed confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain and sale release Convey confirm unto the said John T. Colquett his heirs assigns a certain tract Or parcel of land Containing Seventy one Acres lying being in the County aforesaid On the Waters of Shoulderbone bounded as follows (viz) Beginning at a Mulberry Thence N85W 16 C 50 Links to a Dogwood thence N15E 30 C50 Ls to a Pine Thence N75E 16 C 75 Ls to a Dogwood thence N15W 10 C 50 Ls to a mulberry Thence S85E 11 C 75Ls to a Post Oak thence S15W 16 C to the Beginning To have And to hold the said tract or parcel of land and all and singular the premisis and Appurterance thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said John T.
