Exextures to the estate of Charles Finch, deceased of the County of Oglethorpe and State of Georgia of the one Part, And William Stevenson of the Country of Green and state aforesaid,planter of the other part, witnessself that the aforesaid Joyce Finch and Richard Copeland for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and Fifty Dollors, lawfull money of the said state, to there his hand well and truely paid at or before the unsealing and delivery(of) these presents, By The said William Stevenson, The reciept whereby is hereby acknowlegded, have bargarned sold released and confirmed to the said William Stevenson, and to his hiers and aforesigned, All that tract of land being in the County Of Jackson and Said State, and on the waters of Big Shole Creek, being part of a tract of land containing One Thousand Acres, Granted to Charles Finch, And Dated The 12th day of Aug.1789. reference there to being had will more fully appear. Being at a Red oak corner on Isaiah Goolsby's line seventy right degrees, East sixty Chains to a X pine Oglethorp County Line- Thence By said Line to a corner x corner Pine,-on Absalum Sparks Land to the south seventy eight degrees west to a hole oak x, thence to the beginning containing two hundred acres more or less together with all and singler the members , rights and appurtenances there of whatsoever to the said tract of land and promises,being,belonging,or in any wise appertaining, and the remainder and profit thereof and vary part to know and to hold the said tract of land, and all and sigular the primis and there unto belonging or an any wise appertaining to the aforesaid and very part thereof to the said William Stevenson and his heirs forever, And The said Joyce Finch from (Her) heirs and all and every other person or persons will warrent and forever defend unto the Said William Stevenson his heirs aforesigned.
