This Indenture made this the thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord, 
eighteen hundred & sixty eight.  Hiram R. Dunn and Thomas Akins both of the 
County of Greene and State aforesaid, Witnesseth that the said Hiram R. Dunn 
for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred & ten dollars to him in 
hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt 
whereof is herein acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and 
by these presents grant, bargain sell and convey unto the said Thomas Akins, 
his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being 
in the County on the waters of South Ogechee and State aforesaid contained, One 
hundred and thirty five and one fourth acres more or less adjoining the lands 
of U. B. King and Jesse Moore and others.  To have and to hold the aforesaid 
granted premises, the legal right and title to said land I warrant good against 
the claim of all persons which I will defend & C.
