Written: November 8, 1806

Green County, Georgia

State of Georgia: This indenture made this twenty eighth day of November in the 
year 1806 between Daniel and David McIntosh of the county of Green and state of 
Georgia aforesaid of the one part and John Roach of the county and state 
aforesaid of the other part wit: the said Daniel and David McIntosh for and in 
consideration of the sum of $400 to them in hand paid at or before delivery of 
these presents by the said John Roach to receipt where of is here by 
acknowledged---convey land in county of Green on the waters of Sherrel's Creek 
bound on all sides by vacant land--estimated 200 acres. Ganted to Wm. 
Pinketon...July 1784.

Additional Comments:
The name in other records is Pinkston. This land was originally in Wilkes 
County, Georgia
