Witnesseth that the said William Daniel for and in consideration of the sum of ??? pounds to him in hand paid by the said Jonas Meador on or before the sealing and delivery of the presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted bargained and confirmed unto the aforesaid Jonas Meador.....all that tract of land lying in the aforesaid State and County on the waters of the Beaverdam of Richland Creek Beginning at a Post Oak Corner of said Daniels, thence on line of marked trees to Dr. Nisbett's line, thence on said Nisbett's line to a pine corner; thense along a line of marked trees to a Post Oak Corner on Renfrows line thence on said Renfrows to Black Oak Corner thence along Renfrows other line to a Bow Corner from thence to the beginning containing by estimation eighty three and quarter acres more or less.........Signed by William Daniel.
