Greene Co., GA Deed Book Volume 4, pg 453-454: 

This Indenture made this twenty sixth day of Nov. eighteen hundred and six 
(1806) between Jonas Meador of the county of Greene and State of Georgia of 
the one part Samuel Parker of the County and State aforesaid of the other 
part. Witnesseth that the said Jonas Meador for and in consideration of the 
sum of three hundred dollars to him in hand.....(land is described as the 
same land as in deed dated 18 April 1795, pg 425 of Volume 4 Greene Co., GA 
deeds). Signed Jonas Meador. In presence of Samuel Holloway, ??? Holloway and 
??? Coleman. Rec. 2 Nov. 1806
