This Indenture made this forth of September Eighteen hundred & Seventeen 
between Henry Miller & Elizabeth Miller his wife of the State of Georgia 
Greene County of the One part & William Coldwell of the Said State & Greene 
County of the other part Witness that I the said Henry Miller for & in 
Consideration of the Sum of One dollar to me in hand paid by the said William 
Coldwell receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained & sold and do 
by these presence grant bargain sell & confirm unto the Said William Coldwell 
all That Track or parcel of Land Situated lying & being in the County of 
Greene and State aforesaid granted to John Walls be the same more or less One 
half acre cockeyed from Frances Walls to the said Henry Miller beginning at 
Hickory Corner on John Parker descd line thence running with said Line six 
chains and 75 Links to a red Oak corner thence East to my other Line to a Post 
Oak Corner Thence said line to the beginning Corner with all & singular Rights 
members and appurtenances Thereof and Every part Thereof Whatsoever to the 
Said Track of Land being belonging in any wise appertaining & The remainders 
and profits thereof and Every part thereof unto the Said William Coldwell his 
heirs & Assigns forever to have & to hold the said Track or parcel of Land & 
premises as of foresaid unto the Said William Coldwell & his heirs & assigns 
forever against the said Henry Miller & his wife their heirs & signs and 
gainst every other person or persons claim or claims whatsoever I Shel & will 
warrant & forever Defend firmly by these presents in fee Simple In Witness 
whereof they said Henry Miller & Elizabeth Miller his wife have hereunto set 
their hands & affixed there seals they day & year first above written
