State of Georgia This indenture made the seventeenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred ninety one Between John Ogletree & Mary Ogletree his wife of the part and George Reid of the county Greene & State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John Ogletree & Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred & fifty pound sterling lawfull money of the said state to them in hand well and truly paid by the said George Reid at or before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained bargained sold release & confirmed & by these presents do grant bargain sell release & confirm unto the said George Reid his heirs and assigns all that tract of land contain two hundred acres situate lying and being in the County aforesaid on Richland Creek & butting & bounding S. West Peter Terrells land & he the said Jno. Ogletree obtained a grant or deed on the thirteenth day of Decr. one thousand seven hundred & eighty five from the state beginning on a white oak & running South seventy be west forty five chs. to a post oak corner thence north twenty six West & forty four chs. & forty five links to a sugar tree corner thence north sixty four East forty five chs. to a pine corner from thence to the beginning corner together with all and singular the members & appurtanances of thereof whatsoever to the said tract of land being belonging or in any wise appertaining & the remainders reversion rents Issues & profits thereof & of every part thereof To have & to hold the said tract of land and all & singular the premises & appurtenances thereto belonging as aforesaid & every part there of unto the said George Reid his heirs & assigns forever and the said John Ogletree Mary Ogletree & their heirs the said tract of land & premises aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said George Reid his heirs & assigns against them the sd. Jno. Ogletree & Mary Ogletree & their heirs & all & presents. In witness whereof the said Johon Ogletree and Mary Ogletree have hereunto set our hands and seals the day & year first above written Sealed & delivered in presents of Thomas Baldwin J.P.
