Dunn of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Lemuel Ship for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and Twenty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained & sold & by these presents doth grant bargain & sell unto the said H. R. Dunn a certain tract or parcel of land lying near White Plains in the County & State aforesaid adjoining the lands of Alfriend, Jackson & others & bounded as follows (viz) beginning at the ______ on a White Oak & running N. 18 2/3 E. 13 Ch 95 Links to a Chinaquipin thence S. 45 E. 19 Chains & 11 links to a Rock thence N. 44 E. 4 Chains 33 links to a Red Oak thence S. 31 E. 20 Chains 75 Links to a Hickory thence So. 55 W. 15 Ch. 70 Links to a black Jack thence N. 86. 4 Chains 42 links to a post, thence N. 6 E. 33 links to a post thence W. 3 Ch. 30 L. to a post thence N. 23 S. to a Rock thence W. 7. Chains 89 links to a Rock thence S. 6 Chains 56 Links to a Rock thence W. 4 Ch. 78 S. to a Red Oak thence N 5 Chains 12 links to a lightwood Stump thence S. 77 W 4 Ch. 36 L to a black Jack thence N. 5 West 11 Ch. 22 links to a black gum to the begining Containing by estimation 66 Acres be the same more or less & I the said Lemuel Ship do bind myself my heirs and assings to Warrant & defend the right and title of said lot or parcel of land against the Just Claim or Claims of any person or persons unto the said H.
