District 3rd. Direct tax; land to be sold. Direct Tax. By Virtue of an act of 
Congress, passed 16 Mar 1802 entitled... An Act to lay and collect Direct Tax 
within the US, will be sold at public sale, at the time and place hereinafter 
mentioned by Collectors, respectively, so much of the following estates as will 
satisfy the taxes due thereon.... Jul 1813 Joshua Houghton Greensboro which all 
concerned are requested to take due notice
