All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Pauletta Hicks pauleta@cctc.net July 12, 2003, 8:26 pm The Augusta Chronicle THE AUGUSTA CHRONICLE 8-22-1801 PUBLIC VENDUE On Tuefday the 15th of September next will be fold, at the town of Greenfboro, in Greene county, the following tracts of land, vix. 747 acres lying in Green county, on the waters of Richland creedk, granted to Nathaniel Hicks and conveyed to Daniel Thatcher, dec. adjoining land of Harrifon, Hill and others. 575 acres lying in Greene county, on the Oconee river, grated to Paterfon and conveyed to Thatcher, adjoining Perkins, M’Combs and Finly. 200 acres lying in Oglethorpe county, on the waters of the Broad river, granted to Rolfton, and conveyed to Thatcher, adjoining Bridge’s and others. 450 acres lying in Oglethorpe, adjoining the next above, granted to Thatcher. Titles will be given by the subscriber, executor to the eftate of Daniel Thatcher, deceafed, and agent to the legatees of the fame. Conditions Cafh.
